Yes, EF Healthcare supports both DTP deliveries of therapies, kits, and supplies directly to a patient's home, as well as the DFP return journey — collecting samples, devices, or returned product from the patient back to the sponsor, lab, or site.

Leveraging EF Healthcare’s certified network, our drivers are well versed in the expectations and requirements that DTP/DFP supply chains require and will ensure all agreed delivery and collection procedures are followed to the last detail.

EF Vision allows EF Healthcare to ensure in real time that all therapies are delivered within it’s required temperature to the patient’s home, which is additionally confirmed via our real time driver app at the point of delivery prior to handover to the patient, caregiver, or home health professional.

We maintain full chain-of-custody documentation from dispatch through delivery, with temperature monitoring, tamper-evident packaging, and digital proof of delivery. Our processes align to GDP, GCP, and local home-care regulations.

Real-time tracking, temperature data, and delivery status are available through our digital platform, giving sponsors and CROs the same level of control they expect from clinical or commercial supply chains.
